    Abstract: Provided herein are stem-cell based therapies for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and CNS disorder such as Huntington's disease. The therapy improved motor deficits and rescued synaptic alterations. The cells were shown to be electrophysiologically active and that they improved motor and late-stage cognitive impairment.
