  • Publication number: 20260162486
Abstract: There is provided a structure and method for mounting a gaming machine to a stand. The gaming machine includes a cabinet. The structure includes first and second mating panels. The first mating panel is removably attached to a bottom end of the cabinet. The second mating panel is removably attached to a top of the stand. After the first and second mating panels are attached to the cabinet and stand, respectively, the gaming machine is lifted onto the stand, and the first and second mating panels are slidably engaged. After the first and second panels are fully mated to each other, the first and second mating panels are locked in place with, for example, a lock screw inserted, from inside the cabinet, through the first mating panel and the second mating panel.

  • Patent number: 11127245
Abstract: A gaming machine includes a cabinet at least partially defining a cavity opening and an internal cavity at least partially visible through the cavity opening, a primary display, a secondary display positioned within the internal cavity and visible through the cavity opening, a display movement assembly coupled to the primary display, and logic circuitry. The display movement assembly selectively moves the primary display between an open position and a closed position in which the primary display blocks visibility through the cavity opening. The logic circuitry causes the primary display in the closed position to present a first portion of a game, causes the display movement assembly to move the primary display to the open position to expose the cavity opening and the secondary display, and, in response to the secondary display being exposed, causes the secondary display to present a second portion of the game.

  • Patent number: 10181236
Abstract: Disclosed are a gaming terminal, a gaming cabinet and a gaming machine that include a housing having gaming components therein. The housing includes a door opening for accessing gaming components inside the housing and a door assembly having an open position that exposes the door opening, and a closed position that covers the door opening. At least one pair of externally mounted swing arms connect the door assembly to a biasing lift assembly within the housing. When the door assembly is in the closed position and a latching assembly is released, the biasing lift assembly urges the door assembly toward the open position.

  • Patent number: 8584165
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for facilitating access to content using availability information. Content programs are determined based at least in part on a prior selection of one or more of the content programs from a content catalog by a user. Content availability data is obtained from multiple content providers. Availabilities of each content program are determined based at least in part on the content availability data. A user interface is generated that presents the respective availabilities of each of the content programs through the corresponding interfaces of some or all of the content providers.

  • Patent number: 8121902
Abstract: Customer-annotated catalog pages enable a user of a merchant website to annotate an image that illustrates one or more items found within an electronic catalog. This annotation may include associating an illustrated item with a hyperlink to a page that is associated with the illustrated item. This annotation may also include commenting on the illustrated item or describing the image as a whole. In some instances, the user may herself upload the image to the merchant web site to enable this annotation. Additionally, other users of the merchant website may comment on the image, the illustrated items, or may associate hyperlinks to associated pages for one or more of the illustrated items. By providing such customer-annotated catalog pages, users of the merchant website are able to view a group of potentially-related items and are able to easily navigate to these items' associated pages within the electronic catalog or otherwise.
