  • Publication number: 20240139308
Abstract: The invention describes transdermal vaccines which contain ultrasound responsive particles comprising a polypeptide shell. The surface of the particle has one or more indentations which are generally able to entrap a gas bubble. The particles are capable of generating inertial cavitation on exposure to ultrasound. The particles can be delivered transdermally, and can comprise antigen protein and/or adjuvant within the particle structure. The particles are therefore useful in methods of vaccination using transdermal delivery routes.

  • Patent number: 11630939
Abstract: A computer-implemented method may be used for semantic navigation of content. The method may include determining a first content complexity level for a user, and presenting a first content to a user device operated by the user. The first content may be presented at the first content complexity level of the user. Additionally, the method may include receiving a navigation command from the user on a portion of the first content via the user device; and determining a second content at a second content complexity level based on the navigation command. The second content may convey the same information as the first content. Additionally, the method may include replacing the first content with the second content on the user device. The second content may be presented at the second content complexity level, and the second content complexity level may be different than the first content complexity level.

  • Publication number: 20230066732
Abstract: A covering retention assembly including first and second clips. Each clip includes a base plate and a top plate. The base plate extends from a rear end to a forward end with at least one base plate tooth extending from an inner surface thereof proximate the forward end. The top plate extends from a rear end to a forward end with at least one top plate tooth extending from an inner surface thereof proximate the forward end. A hinge assembly interconnects the base plate and top plate such that the forward end of the top plate is biased toward the forward end of the base plate and wherein one of the teeth contacts the inner surface of the other plate and each tooth of the base plate and is laterally and longitudinally spaced from each tooth of the top plate. A strap extends between first and second free ends, with the first free end connected with the first clip and the second free end connected with the second clip.
