    Abstract: Provided herein are immune cells and methods of use, wherein the immune cells include a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an extracellular antigen binding domain that binds specifically to a first epitope; and an inhibitory chimeric antigen receptor (iCAR), wherein the iCAR comprises an extracellular antigen binding domain that binds specifically to a second epitope, wherein the immune cell is activated when the immune cells binds to the first epitope and does not bind to the second epitope; and wherein the immune cell is inactivated when the immune cell binds to the first and second epitopes.

A laser alignment device is connected to the cutting assembly. The laser alignment device includes a laser body fixed to a slideable carriage having a machined carriage surface that directly engages the machined cutting assembly surface. The slideable carriage is configured to move relative to the machined cutting assembly surface with substantially only one degree of freedom defined by an axis of translation.

    Abstract: A work bench. The work bench includes a table top, a plurality of legs connected to the table top, and a leg length adjustment mechanism positioned on at least one of the plurality of legs. The leg length adjustment mechanism includes a threaded rod configured to rotate about a rod axis, and a leg adjustment member moveable between a first position where the leg adjustment member threadedly engages the threaded rod and a second position where the leg adjustment member is removed from the threaded rod. Rotation of the threaded rod about the rod axis results in axial movement of the threaded rod when the leg adjustment member is in the first position. The threaded rod is freely moveable along the rod axis when the leg adjustment member is in the second position.

    Abstract: A saw assembly includes a base defining an internal space, and having a sidewall defining an opening, a table top structure supported by said base and defining a blade slot, a support arrangement including (i) a first rail assembly attached to said base and having a first rail magnet, (ii) a carriage located within said internal space and having a first carriage magnet that is positioned to magnetically interact with said first rail magnet, a saw mechanism supported by said carriage and including a motor and a saw blade rotatably coupled to said motor, said saw blade extending through said blade slot, and an actuator having (i) a first end portion attached to said carriage, (ii) a second end portion spaced apart from said internal space, and (iii) an intermediate portion extending through said opening, wherein movement of said second end portion of said actuator causes movement of said carriage in relation to said first rail assembly.
