Abstract: A utility pocket is shown for use with a tool pouch or bag, or with such items as a brief case, soft sided cooler, or a backpack. The utility pocket has a clam shell shaped outer member which is biased toward an associated sidewall panel by means of elastic webbing. A pair of mating permanent magnets come into contact as the pocket moves from the open position to the closed position and help to bias the pocket to the closed position, as well as imparting a snap-closure action to the pocket. The material chosen for the pocket helps it to retain its clam shell shape without requiring internal reinforcing members, such as wire springs or other metal reinforcing elements.

Abstract: A diverse group of participants using on one or more client machines is enabled to generate on a user interface their solicited responses about any set of two or more independent variables that underlie a complex issue. The two or more independent variables are applied against each other. A likely outcome is predicted, wherein an application resident on a server is configured to integrate the solicited responses from the participants. The results are displayed on the display of the client machines to enable the participants to view. The participants are to develop insights related to the complex issue based on reviewing the results.

The tool storage bag is formed with soft sides and has external expandible pockets to accept a variety of tools and accessories. In one version, the bag has an A-frame opening which presents an unobstructed opening in the open position for receiving larger tools such as a circular saw. In another version, the tool bag has a rectangular opening which is spanned by a rigid handle with end portions which are attached to selected opposing sidewalls of the bag. The rigid handle accommodates heavier loads and adds increased stability to the bag construction.

In even the extended position, the handles present a full-width opening for the bag to allow even relatively large tools and accessory items to be received within the bag.
