One method includes determining, by at least one processing circuit, an access level based on information stored in an account database and an adverse event experienced by a customer. The method further includes authorizing, by the at least one processing circuit, a designee of the customer comprising the access level for at least one future payment request. The method further includes transmitting, by the at least one processing circuit, an alert message corresponding to the authorization of the designee for the access level. The method further includes in response to receiving an input from a user device, withdrawing, by the at least one processing circuit, the access level.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media utilized for determining access to a financial account held by a customer of a financial institution. One method includes establishing a communication session with a sensor device, wherein the financial institution computing system continuously receives sensor data over the communication session and receiving, from a point-of-sale (POS) terminal, a payment request. The method further includes retrieving, from the user device via an application programming interface (API), device data including at least application data and receiving, from the sensor device, the sensor data including at least one of geolocation data or biometric data of the sensor device. The method further includes determining the customer experienced an adverse event based on the sensor data and the device data and determining automatically an access level.

Abstract: A computing system receives a request for an advertiser webpage from a user device associated with a consumer. The consumer requests the advertiser webpage by activating a link associated with the advertiser webpage and embedded in the advertisement placed on the webpage of the publisher. The advertiser computing system also receives financial information relating to the consumer in response to receiving the request, customizes the advertiser webpage based at least in part on the financial information relating to the consumer, and transmits the customized advertiser webpage to the user device.

Abstract: A financial institution computing system is described. The financial institution computing system sets up a budget for a user within a budget tool, and obtains individual budgets for categories of products and services for the user through the budget tool. Each individual budget includes an amount to spend for a corresponding category within a period of time. The financial institution computing system also tracks actual expenditures by the user, and facilitates targeted advertising based on the individual budgets and the actual expenditures.
