  • Patent number: 10541099
Abstract: Techniques for monitoring statuses of electrical connections are described. In an example, an identifier of a circuit breaker is received. A determination may be made that the circuit breaker is in an “on” state based on the identifier of the circuit breaker being received. Further, an identifier of a load connected to the circuit breaker over a power cable is received. The identifier of the load is transmitted over the power cable. A determination may be made that the load is connected to the circuit breaker based on the identifier of the load being received. The identifier of the circuit breaker, the identifier of the load, and electrical connection statuses of the circuit breaker and the load may be provided over an interface.

  • Patent number: 10264714
Abstract: A facility containing electronic components can be cooled by one or more automated cooling units. One or more automated cooling units are automatically deployed to respond to temperature events at one or more electronic components by moving the automated cooling unit to the electronic component and operating a cooling assembly to pass air through an affected component, or by moving the automated cooling unit to a designated air handler or air source and supplementing a flow of air generated by the air handler. Multiple automated cooling units can be employed at the same time.

  • Publication number: 20080302309
Abstract: A poultry cart has one or more side doors that may be opened to expose substantially the entire side of the cart. The cart has no more than one interior vertical post on this side or has clear openings on this side across the width of each door. A process for killing poultry comprises steps of putting birds into a cart, moving the cart to a killing area, killing the birds, and dumping the birds out of the cart. The cart may be dumped by leaning it on its side such that doors on a side open and allow the birds to fall out.

  • Patent number: 7089777
Abstract: A pneumatic testing apparatus is provided for accelerating a mass. The apparatus has a housing defining a reservoir and a cylinder having an opened proximate end and a closed distal end. The opened proximate end is positioned within the reservoir and a piston is positioned in the cylinder. The piston has a first side and a second side. A shaft connects to the first side of the piston, the shaft being positioned coaxially within the cylinder and extending through its closed distal end. An exhaust orifice is located at the closed distal end, wherein the mass is positioned on the portion of the shaft extending from the distal end of said cylinder and is accelerated as a gas at a first pressure located in the reservoir enters the open proximate end of the cylinder and urges against the second side of said piston, thereby causing the piston to accelerate toward the distal end of the cylinder and simultaneously accelerate the mass.
