Abstract: A fish crib generally comprises a series of side panels extending between top and bottom panels. The side panels are provided with openings providing access to the closed structure formed by assembly of the top, bottom and side panels. Individual connector members extend through apertures located adjacent the edges of the panels for securing them together. Brace members are positioned in the interior of the closed structure for providing lateral stability. The assembled fish crib is adapted to be sunk into a body of water so that the bottom panel is in place on the bottom of the body of water, and brush is adapted for placement into the interior of the structure to enhance its desirability as a fish habitat.
