Patent number: 11912478Abstract: Embodiments herein provide for a dosage reminder indicator for containers, allowing a user to align a dosage reminder (e.g., “last” or “next”) with timing indicators (e.g., days, times). In one embodiment, an inner dial has first engaging members and an outer ring has second engaging members mating with the first engaging members, where a dosage reminder indicator and a plurality of dosage timing indicators are opposingly located on either the inner dial or outer ring. The inner dial and the outer ring are rotatably engaged with respect to each other such that the dosage reminder indicator points to any selected one of the plurality of dosage timing indicators in a secured position (when the first and second engaging members are mated), where rotation is permitted based on user-applied force to disengage mating of the first and second engaging members, while the inner dial and the outer ring remain rotatably engaged.Type: GrantFiled: March 2, 2021Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: TWISTWISE LLCInventors: Catherine Mary LaBrecque, James M. Behmke, Brian J. Hickey

Publication number: 20230285126Abstract: An orthodontic wax dispenser is described herein. For example, certain embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a pocket-sized orthodontic wax dispenser that has an internal storage compartment for orthodontic wax, a press mechanism (e.g., a threaded piston) to compress the stored wax through an extrusion aperture, and optionally a lid or cover, which may double as a wax cutting mechanism.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 24, 2023Publication date: September 14, 2023Inventors: Cheryl Plauche, William PLAUCHE, Brian J. Patent number: 11576532Abstract: A bathtub platform insert is described herein (e.g., a footrest, backrest, or table). For example, a bathtub footrest insert herein allows a bather to adjust the length of the “sitting portion” of the bathtub, by securely inserting the bathtub footrest to establish a customizable distance between a backrest of the bathtub to the footrest, such that a bather of shorter height may comfortably stay above the water while soaking in a bathtub. In one embodiment, an example bathtub platform insert herein may comprise: a support surface; adjustable securing members extending outwardly widthwise from the support surface; and gripping end pieces on each end of the adjustable securing members; wherein the adjustable securing members are adjustable to extend an overall width of the bathtub platform insert between opposing pairs of gripping end pieces to secure the opposing pairs of gripping end pieces against a wall of a bathtub.Type: GrantFiled: April 27, 2021Date of Patent: February 14, 2023Assignee: IP 2 MARKET, LLCInventors: Casie Lovelace, Staci Wright, Lauren R. Skidmore, James M. Behmke, Brian J. Hickey

Patent number: 10260530Abstract: An aspirator with an aspirator body and an exhaust port coupled to the body, and having a plurality of integral high pressure gas nozzles positioned along the aspirator body the body. The aspirator body includes a high pressure integral conduit in communication with a nozzle array having a plurality of high pressure gas nozzles. The nozzles are arcuate, extending away from the body toward an aspirator centerline, the nozzles extending from the aspirator body at a preselected angle toward the centerline in a direction from an atmospheric air aspiration port toward the exhaust port. A high pressure inlet port integral with the body is in communication with the conduit and a high pressure gas source. The gas may be input into the inlet port using a high pressure inlet fitting, which may be threaded onto the inlet port outside the aspirator body. The aspirator is fabricated by additive manufacturing techniques.Type: GrantFiled: October 2, 2015Date of Patent: April 16, 2019Assignee: CIRCOR AEROSPACE, INC.Inventors: David W. Gass, Robert S. Seibert, Brian J. Hickey, Christopher R. Lovasco, Russell S. Sirvis, Robert Charles Lenardi
