A post extends upwardly and angularly from the base. Tire tread-engaging members are disposed on the base. A tire-engaging member is disposed at the upper end of the post. Brace support members are attached to the base and post to ensure stability. A handle is provided on the post to enhance portability.

The engine (24) begins in a first position, is rotated about a first axis (68) to a second position, and is rotated outward about a second axis (70) to a third position.
