Abstract: The disclosure relates to modified orthopoxvirus vectors, as well as methods of using the same for the treatment of various cancers. The disclosure provides modified orthopoxvirus vectors that exhibit various beneficial therapeutic activities, including enhanced oncolytic activity, spread of infection, immune evasion, tumor persistence, capacity for incorporation of exogenous DNA sequences and safety. The viruses we have discovered are also amenable to large scale manufacturing protocols.

Abstract: Aspects include identifying an application executed by a communication device, identifying a first edge device capable of providing a first portion of a service in accordance with a first access technology and a second edge device capable of providing the first portion of the service in accordance with a second access technology that is different from the first access technology, selecting one of the first edge device or the second edge device as a first selected edge device, wherein the selecting is based on the identifying of the application, and establishing a communication session between the first selected edge device and the communication device in accordance with the access technology of the first selected edge device to facilitate a transfer of first data associated with the first portion of the service from the first selected edge device to the communication device. Abstract: The present example provides a method of providing a Transmit ID within an ad hoc wireless communications network, and use of the transmit ID to provide methods to select a node's transmit pattern (Transmit Patterns), to inform a node receiver that a packet is incoming that is to be decoded (Receive Packet Acquisition), to tell a node receiver how to efficiently retrieve pulses from multiple packets simultaneously (Efficient Receive Processing), and how to disburse network transmissions throughout network time (Network Traffic Smoothing). The present example may also provide for Network Management of the Transmit IDs for use in network bandwidth reduction and maintenance of the Transmit IDs within the Network.

Abstract: A box for handling materials with a vehicle and a mud flap lifter apparatus positioned in it includes a box, generally indicated at having front and rear corners and front, rear and side walls, and a sleeve extending between the top and bottom of the adjacent side-walls. At least one mud flap is secured under the rear wall of the box frame and at least one lifting unit connected with the mud flap. The lifting unit extends vertically within the sleeve and is connected to the mud flap for raising and lowering the mud flap. In one of several alternative embodiments, a solenoid valve is added to convert electric power to activate the air delivery to outward and inward pressure airlines and to distribute the air supply between the outward and inward pressure airlines, respectively.

The advertisement data store provides advertisers with an advertising model to selectively reach potential customers and clients, and provides viewers with additional information about a particular product and/or service after having viewed an advertisement of interest. A viewer can reference the information maintained in the advertisement data store without interrupting a current television program and without missing other advertisements that may be of interest to the viewer.
