  • Patent number: 11379667
Abstract: A system is capable of automatically adjusting or reconstructing a baseline expression to generate a parallelized expression. Evaluation of the parallelized expression provide a substantially similar output as the evaluation of the baseline query in more efficient manner. In some implementations, data indicating an expression to be evaluated on a primary thread of the one or more processors is obtained. Elements of the expression are identified. The elements are grouped into a parse tree representation. Elements of the expression are classified as belonging to either a first category that includes elements that are eligible for parallel processing or a second category that includes elements that are not eligible for parallel processing. A particular element that is classified as belonging to the first category is identified and evaluated on a non-primary thread of the one or more processors. The non-primary thread is evaluated in parallel with the primary thread.

  • Patent number: 11370036
Abstract: An end effector provides one up assembly drilling through mated components, including a panel, by preloading the components. The end effector includes a drill and clamp dispenser for temporarily inserting and removing expansible single-sided clamps at various pre-drilled locations in the panel. In one method, pilot holes are first pre-drilled into mated components, for example an aircraft wing panel and a wing rib or spar; an initial pilot hole location is identified, and an expansible clamp is inserted into a pilot hole adjacent a desired initial fastener hole location. The clamp is torqued, causing its expansion for preloading the wing panel and rib and/or spar components under a predetermined load. The fastener hole is then drilled, the end effector untorques and removes the clamp and identifies a second (and/or next) pilot hole location, and the process is replicated.

  • Patent number: 11362997
Abstract: A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product evaluate an information asset with a corpus of policies in conjunction with the context of access including a specific user. A large corresponding set of rules in the policy corpus are identified by computer system. A continuous process of rule evaluation occurs against information asset metadata wherein a series of processing including set of common subexpressions between the predicates of all active rules, pre-evaluation, compaction and storage are identified by the computer system in the policy and rule corpus. Metadata for the information asset is applied by the computer system to the set of common subexpressions to form partially evaluated rules for the policy. The partially evaluated rules henceforth compacted are stored by the computer system in association with the information asset.

  • Patent number: 11337144
Abstract: Arrangements for dynamic customized experience generate and control are provided. In some examples, a signal emitted from a computing device may be detected. A location of the computing device may be determined or received. A user associated with the computing device may be identified and user data may be requested from one or more computing systems. The received location data and user data may be analyzed using machine learning to generate a user prediction. The user prediction may include a particular function, preferred method or requirements for authentication to another computing device, such as a self-service kiosk, a preferred layout or arrangement for data provided, and the like. Based on the generated user prediction, a customized user experience output may be generated and transmitted to a computing device (e.g., self-service kiosk, user computing device, or the like) for display to the user.

Abstract: Various carrier ring designs and configurations to control an amount of deposition at a wafer's front side and bevel edge are provided. The carrier ring designs can control the amount of deposition at various locations of the wafer while deposition is performed on the wafer's back side, with no deposition desired on the front side of the wafer. These locations include front side, edge, and back side of bevel; and front and back side of the wafer. Edge profiles of the carrier rings are designed to control flow of process gases, flow of front side purge gas, and plasma effects. In some designs, through holes are added to the carrier rings to control gas flows. The edge profiles and added features can reduce or eliminate deposition at the wafer's front side and bevel edge.
