  • Publication number: 20210350940
Abstract: Techniques are provided for managing sharing of data for users. An authorization is received from a user to share user data between a plurality of organizations. The user data is stored in one or more isolated databases. A medical records data management system generates a shared database comprising content including the user data to provide access to the user data to the plurality of organizations. The shared database comprises a data structure for associating the user data an origin of the user data. When revocation by a user to withdraw authorization to share data between the plurality of organizations is received, the content of the shared database is resolved into the one or more isolated databases, and the content is assigned to the isolated database based upon the origin of the user data in the data structure. Access is closed to the shared database.
