Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods are described for Constant Growth Mortgages. Such Constant Growth Mortgages can be used for new purchases, refinances, or loan workouts. If desired, the system can be used to calculated Constant Growth Mortgages which avoid negative amortization throughout the payment stream. Other constraints such as maximum or minimum loan to value ratio, payment as a percentage of current income, or absolute dollar value of payment can also be incorporated. An example system makes use of Constant Growth Mortgages for loan modifications which reduce near term payments while avoiding negative amortization.
