Abstract: A method generates a virtual environment representing a large-scale capital project with a plurality of objects. Each object corresponds to at least one of a plurality of files. The method further associates a user indicator with a given object of the plurality of objects after access to a given file. The given file is at least one of the plurality of files and associated with the given object. The method also positions a visual representation of the user indicator in the virtual environment as a function of the given object. The visual representation of the user indicator includes an interactive interface for user information. The method further receives a request via the interactive interface to contact a user corresponding to the user indicator.

Abstract: A process is described which is useful in improving the adhesion of siccative organic coatings to metal surfaces. The process for improving the adhesion of a siccative organic coating composition to a metal surface includes (1) treating a metal surface with a treating composition comprising (a) a liquid carrier, (b) at least one borate composition which is the reaction product of at least one amino alcohol and boric acid or an analog of boric acid, and (c) at least one organic carboxylic acid; and (2) drying the treated metal surface.

Abstract: An aqueous composition comprising an alkanol amine salt of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or anhydride, and alkanol amine, a chelating agent and water is described. The aqueous compositions are useful in treating metal plated substrates to reduce staining and corrosion of the plated substrates.
