    Abstract: A method for analyzing project efficiency is provided. For a plurality of projects, a weight is assigned to each of a set of deliverables. The weight is associated with each of the deliverables for each of the plurality of projects. A status of each deliverable of a set of deliverables is determined for a project, where the status indicates that the deliverable has at least been started. A weight associated with each deliverable is used to generate an earned value. The earned value and an actual cost of the project are used to calculate an efficiency.
