    Abstract: In accordance with one aspect of the present exemplary embodiment, a system provides insulation to a portal. A first element includes a front side and a back side wherein the front side contains one or more tubular structures and the backside includes an adhesive to adhere the first element to a perimeter of a portal. A second element includes a front side and a back side wherein the front side of the second element contains at least one more tubular structure than the first element, the tubular structures of the first and second elements interlock when pressed together to create a seal, and the backside includes an adhesive applied to the back side of the second element. A film is adhered to the backside of the second element via the adhesive.
