  • Publication number: 20240108236
Abstract: Hemodynamic monitoring system is presented. In one embodiment, a system for non-invasive monitoring of a subject's heart includes an RF transmitting antenna. The RF transmitting antenna is configured for transmitting at least one transmitted RF signal toward the subject. The system also includes an RF receiving antenna. The RF receiving antenna is configured for receiving at least one received RF signal transmitted by the RF transmitting antenna and modified by a subject's body. The RF transmitting antenna and the RF receiving antenna are located on opposing sides of a planar projection of the subject's heart. The system also includes a processing circuit configured for: controlling transmitting and receiving of the RF signal, and determining, based on the at least one received RF signal, at least one physiological parameter of the subject.

  • Publication number: 20240112510
Abstract: Aspects of the embodiments include receiving, from one or more telematics sensors in a vehicle and by the one or more data processing systems, a plurality of telematics data items that are sampled at a plurality of sample times. For a given sample time, accessing a given telematics data item that satisfies the one or more conditions, computing a fuel consumption amount at the given sample time, and determining a distance traveled by the vehicle from a previous sample time that is prior to the given sample time, to the given sample time. For each telematics data items that satisfies the conditions, computing a total distance and a total fuel consumption amount, with the computing based on distances traveled and fuel consumption amounts for the plurality of telematics data items; and determining a fuel efficiency score the total fuel consumption amount and the total distance or a total time.

  • Patent number: 9193929
Abstract: An improved gel-type fuel comprising three essential ingredients, namely, ethanol from renewable sources e.g. sugar cane, sugar beet, etc. water and a cellulose based gelling agent also from renewable sources. By varying the viscosity of the fuel with differing percentage of said gelling agent, three distinctly functioning fuels are produced as a gel, a pourable refilling fuel and a less viscous fire lighting fuel.

  • Publication number: 20100058520
Abstract: A toilet seat and cover position detection system that includes a toilet assembly in a room with a door wherein a two position toilet seat cover is attached to the toilet assembly. Attached to the seat cover is a transmitter device means whereby the transmitter device is activated to broadcast a signal when the seat cover is in the vertical position. A receiver device means attached to the door and activated upon opening the door, detects the transmitter broadcast signal emitted when the seat cover is in the raised position. When a signal is detected, an alarm device means is activated by the receiver device and notifies user that the seat cover is in the raised position as the user opens the door to exit. The transmitter device means may also be attached to a two position toilet seat.

  • Publication number: 20100005100
Abstract: A system, computer-implemented method, and a computer program product for defining a plurality of rental properties within a reporting datastore. A report template is defined and data is extracted from the reporting datastore. At least a portion of the report template is populated with at least a portion of the data extracted from the reporting datastore.

  • Publication number: 20090327350
Abstract: A system, computer-implemented method, and a computer program product for defining rental property data associated with one or more rental properties within a review datastore. One or more user-definable rules are applied to the rental property data to generate suspect data. At least a portion of an interactive review form is populated with at least a portion of the suspect data. A user is enabled to provide user input associated with the suspect data via one or more data-entry fields included within the interactive review form. The user input is stored within the review datastore.

  • Publication number: 20090319408
Abstract: A system, computer-implemented method, and a computer program product for defining one or more payment distribution priorities associated with one or more rental properties. Rental property performance data is received from a rental property datastore. The one or more payment distribution priorities are applied to the rental property performance data to generate payment distribution data. A payment distribution report is generated.

  • Publication number: 20050033142
Abstract: A system and method for managing imaging data related to a biological trait, including generating a three-dimensional representation of the external surface of the body a patient; obtaining the imaging data; associating the imaging data with a coordinate location of the three-dimensional representation, to generate an associated imaging data; and managing the associated imaging data using the surface representation. The association includes uniquely associating numerical values (e.g., Cartesian coordinates) to particular surface features. The three-dimensional model includes the ability to adjust the pose of the 3D models made from data taken at different times so that the coordinate systems closely correspond.
