Abstract: A server for providing premium communication services via an untrusted network. The server comprises a processor, memory, and an application that is configured to receive a request from an untrusted communication device to access a premium communication service via the untrusted network, wherein the request comprises an internet protocol (IP) address, match the IP address from the request with a previously stored source IP address associated with a message sent by a trusted mobile communication device, wherein the device is authorized to access the premium communication service via the untrusted network, determine if the request is received within a time period indicated by a previously assigned time-to-live value associated with authentication extension, upon determining that the request is received within the indicated time period, generate a cookie associated with the communication device, and send the cookie to the communication device via the untrusted network.

Abstract: A user floatation system for boating safety is provided. The system includes a retractable stabilizer for use with a watercraft. The system includes a float system, coupled to a hull of the watercraft to stabilize the watercraft during use. The float system includes a float, a frame system and a float system. The frame system comprises frame members for coupling the frame system to a watercraft. The float rotating system operatively coupled to the frame system. The float rotating system includes a stabilizer arm coupled to a rotating support at one end thereof, and coupled to the float on an opposite end thereof. The float is moveable between the stored position and the deployed position in response to operation of the float rotating system.

There is also a flotation system, including float device, designed to be placed in the water on at least one side of the boat; and frame system, coupled to the boat at one end and to the float device at an opposite end, designed to hold the float device in a 1) deployed position where the float device is held in the water when a user is in the seat, and 2) partially deployed position where the float device is held a distance above the water level when a user is in the seat sufficient to enable the user to tip the boat a certain angle from a level position but to assist in preventing the boat from tipping completely over.

The end device is configured to transmit a first test message for the first application to a first resource of the plurality of resources using a first access method, receive a first response message from the first resource, process the first response message to determine first performance information for the first application, generate a first update message indicating the first performance information, and transmit the first update message to a location server.
