The assemblies can include a billet containing assembly containing a billet comprising a billet outer material and a billet inner material in at least one cross-section; a tool operably engaged with the billet; an extrudate receiving channel configured to receive extrudate from the tool, wherein the extrudate comprises extruded outer material and extruded inner material in at least one cross-section, the extruded outer material being the same material as the billet outer material, and the extruded inner material being the same as the billet inner material. The drill bit further includes a lubricant chamber in the support arm, and a compensator assembly in the lubricant chamber. The compensator assembly includes a lubricant container with a securing end. The compensator assembly further includes a clip ring coupled to the lubricant container and configured to retain the lubricant container in the lubricant chamber. Additionally, the compensator assembly includes a ring cap with a securing hole configured to couple to the securing end of the lubricant container. The ring cap includes a shoulder configured to retain the clip ring.

The method comprises treating the fibres with a sulfonated s-triazine derivative of formula (I), wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxyl, O-alky, OOC-alkyl or OOCNH-alkyl; R.sup.2 is hydrogen, alkyl or SO.sub.3 X; R.sup.3 is aryl, substituted aryl or O-alkyl; and X is hydrogen, NH.sub.4 or alkali metal, or formula (II), wherein R.sup.1 and R.sub.4 are hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxyl, O-alkyl, OCC-alkyl or OOCNH-alkyl; R.sup.2 and R.sup.5 are hydrogen, alkyl or --SO.sub.3 X; R.sup.3 is hydrogen or --SO.sub.3 X; R.sup.6 is aryl, substituted aryl, O-alkyl or O-aryl; and X is hydrogen, NH.sub.4 or alkali metal; under acidic conditions. The method is particularly suitable for treating dyed and undyed wool, silk, mohair and cashmere fibers, including blends thereof.

    Abstract: A new tanning agent, isophorone dicarbamoylsulfonate, is provided for tanning cattle hides and sheepskins. A white leather which does not discolor with exposure to sunlight and which has good fill and tensile strength is produced. The tanning agent is also effective for retanning slack chrome-tanned and zirconium-tanned cattle hides and sheepskins.
