  • Patent number: 12655006
Abstract: A lift device includes a chassis, tractive elements, a platform, a lift assembly, a first set of proximity sensors, and a controller. The tractive elements are rotatably coupled to the chassis and support the chassis. The platform is disposed above the chassis and includes a deck for supporting an operator. The lift assembly couples the platform to the chassis and can selectably move the platform between a lowered position and a raised position. The first set of proximity sensors are coupled to the platform and detect a distance of an obstacle relative to the platform. The controller is operably coupled with an alert system and receives obstacle detection data from the first set of proximity sensors. The controller selects a subset of the first set of proximity sensors to analyze based on an active function of the lift device and determines whether the obstacle is within the minimum allowable distance.

  • Publication number: 20260095726
Abstract: A site connectivity system includes a first connectivity module configured to be coupled to a first machine. The first connectivity module may join a site network formed between a plurality of connectivity modules associated with a plurality of machines when the first connectivity module is within communication range of at least one of the plurality of connectivity modules. The first connectivity module may transmit first data associated with the first machine to at least one or more of the plurality of connectivity modules within communication range of the first connectivity module. The first connectivity module may transmit second data received from at least a respective one of the plurality of connectivity modules to one or more of the plurality of connectivity modules not in communication range of the respective one of the plurality of connectivity modules.

  • Patent number: 12543024
Abstract: A site connectivity system includes a first connectivity module configured to be coupled to a first machine, a second connectivity module configured to be coupled to a second machine, and a third connectivity module configured to be coupled to a third machine. The third machine is a different type of machine than at least one of the first machine or the second machine. The first connectivity module and the second connectivity module are configured to establish a site network at a site. The third connectivity module is configured to join the site network and transmit data regarding the third machine to the first connectivity module through the site network.

  • Publication number: 20260012513
Abstract: System and methods relate to over-the-air programming for a work machine. The system includes a connectivity module coupled to the work machine. The system also includes one or more processing circuits comprising one or more memory devices configured to cause one or more processors to: designate a desired software version; receive an indication of a software version installed on the work machine; based on the indication of the software version installed on the work machine, determine whether the work machine is eligible to receive the desired software version; send the desired software version to the connectivity module physically coupled to the work machine; after sending the desired software version to the connectivity module, send a command to initiate an installation of the desired software version from the connectivity module to the work machine; and cause the desired software version to install to the work machine via the connectivity module.

  • Publication number: 20250365563
Abstract: A local fleet connectivity system includes a plurality of machines disposed at a location. Each of the plurality of machines includes an implement and a prime mover configured to drive the implement. The system includes at least one control module communicably coupled with a first machine of the plurality of machines. The system includes at least one connectivity module communicably coupled with the plurality of machines. The at least one control module is configured to establish, via the at least one connectivity module, a connection between the plurality of machines. The at least one control module is configured to exchange, via the at least one connectivity module, data between the plurality of machines.
