    Abstract: A belt mountable folding pouch-type article carrier or case (10) for small articles such as tool bits and other tool accessories includes a closure panel (20) and article-holding panels (12, 14), with adjacent panels being separated by end spacer panels (16, 18). The panels (12, 14, 16, 18, 20) are preferably composed of an outer fabric (70) covering two sides of a flexible inner composite stiffener (72). The outer material layers (70) are continuous throughout and are stitched together between the panels to form living hinges (82). The article carrier (10) also includes interior and exterior storage pockets (58, 56) with sides that accommodate varying sizes of articles. The interior of the article carrier (10) includes one or more rows of elastic loops (24, 26) for removably receiving tool bits or other such items.
