Patent number: 11970325Abstract: A shipping container made of two panels each made of recyclable, single face corrugated paper comprising an outer liner with corrugated medium. In one embodiment, the panels are formed from a large blank, that is folded in half and joined at their side edges. The flutes on the corrugated mediums are parallel and longitudinally aligned with the shipping container's longitudinal axis. The top edge of each panel is detached and form a top opening into an interior pocket formed between the two panels. Formed or attach to one panel is a top flap configured to be folded over and selectively attached to the opposite panel to close the top opening, Formed on each corrugated medium is at least one set of score lines of various geometric shapes and orientations. The score lines act as folding lines that enable the panels to bend along different axes so that the overall shape of the shipping container better conforms to the object placed in the interior pocket.Type: GrantFiled: November 23, 2020Date of Patent: April 30, 2024Assignee: PAC WORLDWIDE CORPORATIONInventors: James Boshaw, Paul Neal, Brian Kendall, Murray Fullerton

Patent number: 11938317Abstract: Energy is transmitted to a body lumen or passageway in the form of pulsed electric fields (PEFs) and in a manner which provides focal therapy. In some embodiments, PEFs are delivered through independent electrically active electrodes of an energy delivery body, typically in a monopolar fashion. Such delivery concentrates the electrical energy over a smaller surface area, resulting in stronger effects than delivery through an electrode extending circumferentially around the lumen or passageway. It also forces the electrical energy to be delivered in a staged regional approach, mitigating the effect of preferential current pathways through the surrounding tissue. Focal delivery of PEFs can provide increased tissue lethality by employing precise timing and sequencing of energy delivery to the electrodes.Type: GrantFiled: December 7, 2022Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: Galvanize Therapeutics, Inc.Inventors: William Sanford Krimsky, Paul Brian Friedrichs, Roman Turovskiy, Robert E. Publication number: 20160358277Abstract: Disclosed embodiments describe a system and method for identifying, evaluating and routing members of a healthcare benefits system to clinical interventions. The system includes various databases that comprise member claims data and provides the infrastructure to support the integration and exchange of data among representatives of a health benefits plan. It allows for more efficient use of information via the creation and evaluation of a clinical profile that is then used to identify the clinical interventions that may be appropriate for a member. The clinical data is matched to referral thresholds and other eligibility criteria for various clinical and disease management programs to identify appropriate interventions. Member progress in the interventions is tracked to determine whether additional interventions or actions may be needed to further engage the member in health-related activities. Members that do not respond to alerts for interventions may receive further alerts.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 9, 2010Publication date: December 8, 2016Applicant: HUMANA INC.Inventors: Brian Neal Donhoff, Patrick J. Patent number: 9132773Abstract: A mobile communication system for collection, determination and/or distribution of data to and from a server. The server executes analysis algorithms that analyze data received from multiple communication and data sources to develop predictions about the likelihood of future alerts or threats in geographic locations. The server communicates the predictions to communication devices based on the geographic locations corresponding to each of the communication devices. The communication system incorporates data through interfaces between data collection components and mobile communication devices that includes a communication element. The communication element transmits data between the data collection components and the mobile communication device.
