  • Patent number: 11980907
Abstract: An electrostatic sprayer includes a spray gun having a nozzle at which pressurized spray media and pressurized air are combined into an atomized mixture. A generator electrostatically charges the atomized mixture at the nozzle. The generator may also electrostatically charge the pressurized spray media, or the pressurized air, or both at the nozzle. An input device of the spray gun is actuable by a user to vary a flow of the pressurized spray media to the nozzle. A main unit is connected to the spray gun with a hose via which the pressurized spray media and the pressurized air are communicated to the spray gun. The main unit has a first power mode in which a battery powers component(s) of the electrostatic sprayer. The main unit also has a second power mode in which a power source spaced apart from the main unit powers the component(s) of the electrostatic sprayer.

  • Patent number: 11958512
Abstract: A vehicle monitoring device includes a camera or other optical sensor configured to be disposed at a trailing end of a first vehicle system. The camera or other optical sensor is configured to output one or more images or video of a field of view behind the first vehicle system. The monitoring device also includes a controller configured to receive output from one or more sensors and to activate the camera or other optical sensor to output the one or more images or video based on the output from the one or more sensors. The output from the one or more sensors indicates one or more of a change in movement of the first vehicle system, a temperature, an acoustic sound, or movement of a second vehicle system.

  • Publication number: 20150168977
Abstract: An energy management system including a memory, a processor, and an information gathering unit with a program in the processor performing the steps of gathering operational characteristics for at least two operating devices via the information gathering unit, determining operational relationships between each operating devices and the operational characteristics of each operating device, calculating a deviation between at least operational characteristic of each operational device and an expected value of the characteristic, determining the cost associated with the deviation, and displaying the cost to a user via a display on a user device.
