The vertical rails have a vertical channel disposed therein a wheel assembly positioned in the vertical channel and a plurality of rail mating connectors positioned at each end of the vertical rails, wherein the rail mating connector is configured to mate with the front side and the back side of the frame at predetermined positions so that the vertical rails are adjustable horizontally along the front side and the back side.

If the user does not become a subscriber then the user's usage allowance is adjusted based on conditions prescribed in that cohort.
