A mechanical linkage translates an applied input force to the mechanical linkage into an output force along the longitudinal axis configured to actuate the metered dose valve and release the metered dose of the pulmonary medicament in a direction along the longitudinal axis. The aerosolized medicament exits the casing in a fluid flow which is symmetric in a vertical plane along the longitudinal axis.

    Abstract: A power cord assembly for supplying power to a drilling rig is disclosed. The assembly is assembled such that it can be easily dismantled for infield repairs and replacement of a malfunctioning component, hence it is a re-buildable unit. A series of cords containing a stack of cables that supply power to the Top Drive unit are secured in position within a hose, by several compression blocks. The compression blocks are concentric to each other about an axis. A hanging system surrounds the compression blocks and the hanging system is further surrounded by a hose. A series of king clamps are placed around the hose for firmly securing the hose in its position. The king clamps are removed when needed (for example for repair of a cable) so that all the components which make up the assembly are easily accessed by a user. The assembly is secured to a drilling rig and goes up and down in a continuous fashion during use.

The MMU may determine a target output block in the buffer for the media stream sample based on the period of a media clock and on the amount of buffer time that the media stream sample is to be buffered. The target output block is determined relative to an output block identified by a read address. The MMU may store the media stream sample in the target output block. The MMU may increase or decrease the read address at a rate determined by the media clock.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an upright reinforcing assembly for use with a pallet racking system, and racking system incorporating the same. The support configuration consists of an upright support and attached a bracket containing two L-shaped platforms which form a pocket. The upright support configuration is placed between two frame assemblies to support the beam, which is held in the pocket created by the bracket, thereby providing additional support to the beam and preventing rotation, bowing or distortion of the beam. Such a configuration lowers the cost of pallet racking as lower capacity beams can be used, or otherwise less frame assemblies are required in the racking.
