  • Publication number: 20240156446
Abstract: A system, for use with a leaflet of a valve of a subject's heart, comprises a catheter, a cutting device, a helical needle, and a suture. The catheter is transluminally advanceable toward the heart. The cutting device is advanceable distally out of the catheter, and is adapted to cut through tissue of the leaflet to form cut tissue and cut edges at the cardiac valve. The helical needle defines a helical lumen, the helical needle configured to be advanced distally out of the catheter and to rotationally extend through, and secure together, two tissue segments of the leaflet. The suture extends through the helical lumen of the helical needle. The helical needle and the suture are configured to extend along the two tissue segments of the leaflet to suture the two tissue segments to each other. Other embodiments are also described.

  • Patent number: 11982778
Abstract: A semiconductor device may include a plurality of single-photon avalanche diodes. The single-photon avalanche diodes may be arranged in microcells. Each microcell may be a split microcell with first and second independent microcell segments. Each microcell segment in the split microcell may have a respective single-photon avalanche diode that is coupled to an output line. The single-photon avalanche diode of each microcell segment may also be coupled to a respective resistor that is used to quench avalanches in the single-photon avalanche diode. Splitting the microcell may reduce the recovery time of each microcell. The segments of the split microcell may be positioned close together, even if susceptible to optical crosstalk. Intra-microcell isolation structures may be formed between the microcell segments. Inter-microcell isolation structures may be formed around a perimeter of the split microcell. The intra-microcell and inter-microcell isolation structures may be different.

  • Patent number: 11981178
Abstract: A stabilizer bar assembly for a suspension system of a vehicle. The stabilizer bar assembly includes a first bar configured to be coupled to the vehicle suspension system proximate to a first wheel. A second bar is adjacent to the first bar. A coupling assembly is at an interface between the first bar and the second bar. The coupling assembly includes a magnetorheological material in contact with both the first bar and the second bar. The magnetorheological material is configured to transform from a fluid state to a viscoelastic solid state when subject to a magnetic field. A magnet is configured to apply the magnetic field to the magnetorheological material. In the viscoelastic solid state, the magnetorheological material resists relative movement between the first bar and the second bar.

  • Publication number: 20240151280
Abstract: A method for effecting efficient engagement of a clutch to interconnect an engine and an implement which monitors operational parameters of the engine and implement and determines from those operational parameters at least two ramp rates for the application of hydraulic pressure to the clutch. The hydraulic pressure is applied at a first ramp rate to the clutch for a first period and applied at a second ramp rate to the clutch for a second period. A determination is made from the relationship between the input and output speeds of the clutch whether the clutch is fully engaged. If it is not fully engaged, clutch pressure is released and the ramp rates are reevaluated and reset. They are then sequentially applied for the first and second periods. The process repeats until full engagement is achieved or a determination is made that full engagement cannot be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20240137308
Abstract: Systems and method for routing data packets in ring network. A data packet being transmitted to a destination node may be received by a first structure at a first node. The first node may determine a number of hops the data packet will traverse as it is transmitted from the first node to the destination node and compare the determined number of hops to a threshold hop value to determine whether the number of hops is equal to or less than the threshold hop value. If the number of hops is greater than the threshold, the data packet may be transmitted to a dimension queuing structure for a first virtual channel within a second node, otherwise, the data packet may be transmitted to a dimension queuing structure for a second virtual channel or a turn queuing structure within the second node.

  • Publication number: 20240121268
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to generating threat intelligence information. A computing platform may receive forensics information corresponding to message attachments. For each message attachment, the computing platform may generate a feature representation. The computing platform may input the feature representations into a neural network, which may result in a numeric representation for each message attachments. The computing platform may apply a clustering algorithm to cluster each message attachments based on the numeric representations, which may result in clustering information. The computing platform may extract, from the clustering information, one or more indicators of compromise indicating that one or more attachments corresponds to a threat campaign.

  • Patent number: 11943886
Abstract: An electronic assembly includes an electronic package having an integrated circuit component and interposer assemblies with compressible interposer contacts electrically connected thereto. Cable connector modules are coupled to the interposer assemblies. A cover assembly is coupled to the upper surface of the electronic package over the cable connector modules. The cover assembly includes bridge assemblies having plates in a plate stack that are independently movable. A load plate engages upper edges of the plates of the bridge assemblies and press against the plates to drive the bridge assemblies into the cable connector modules using compression hardware. The cable connector modules compress the interposer contacts of the interposer assemblies when the load plate presses the plates of the bridge assemblies into the cable connector modules.
