  • Patent number: 12235639
Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for unmanned aerial vehicle flight for performing an inspection of land, property, structures or other objects. Automated aerial surveys allow a UAV to obtain aerial data without human manual control of a UAV. For certain aerial surveys, a UAV is not capable of completing the survey without refueling, or exchanging out used batteries for fresh batteries. For such aerial surveys, a method and system is needed to allow an operator to automatically perform an aerial survey while determining battery usage and replacement. Also, in circumstances where manual control of the UAV is needed, contingency-based software controls may be needed.

  • Publication number: 20250060830
Abstract: A mobile storage system includes a series of storage units movable relative to each other to create an aisle or aisles between adjacent storage units. The mobile storage system includes a gesture sensor on each storage unit that is able to detect movement of a hand of a user near the gesture sensor. The gesture sensor communicates the detected movement of the user's hand to a control unit of the mobile storage system such that the control unit can coordinate the movement of the storage units. The gesture sensor includes a light emitter and a light detector that operate to detect the movement of the user's hand. Based on the direction of movement detected, the control unit can move the storage units or activate a light or other device. • Publication number: 20250057394
Abstract: The cleaning valves (or valves) of the current disclosure are generally single-use devices (SUDs) and therefore disposable. Reusing SUDs can be disadvantageous, as single-use devices are not designed to be reusable. Accordingly, valves for medical devices, such as endoscopes, disclosed may be configured to transition from a first state to a second state for indication of utilization of the valve, e.g., via exposure to a valve well. The transition from the first state to the second state may prevent reuse valves of the present disclosure. In embodiments, the valve may be made from a limited number of components and materials.
