  • Publication number: 20240143603
Abstract: A service intelligence system is disclosed. The service intelligence system receives a search query, identifies anomalous machine codes for a machine associated with the search query, selects one or more historical data elements based on a similarity score between the identified anomalous machine codes and machine codes associated with the one or more historical data elements, ranks the one or more historical data elements based on the similarity score, selects a predetermined number of the one or more historical data elements based on descending rank order, and provides at least one corrective action or at least one part replacement associated with the tag for each of the predetermined number of highest ranked historical data elements in response to the search query. The machine codes are identified for a predetermined time period and each of the one or more historical data elements is associated with a tag.

  • Publication number: 20240147266
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for programmatically controlling an Internet of Things (IoT) device in real-time based on network status. In response to an API request or by accessing data previously pushed to a database, data related to a network and the IoT device is received. An aggregation of the data related to the network is generated and presented to the user. The aggregation indicates whether a problem related to operability of the IoT device is related to a problem with the network.

  • Publication number: 20240114326
Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to event-based wireless emergency alerts (“WEAs”). According to one aspect disclosed herein, a WEA-capable device can receive an event-based wireless emergency alert that includes an event code and alert content. The WEA-capable device can parse the event code from the event-based WEA. The WEA-capable device can determine, via execution of an event-based WEA function, a WEA format based upon the event code. The WEA-capable device can then output the alert content in the WEA format. In some embodiments, the event code identifies a weather-related emergency event (e.g., a hurricane or tornado warning). In other embodiments, the event code identifies a non-weather-related emergency event (e.g., a child abduction alert). The WEA format can be an event-specific spoken language, an event-specific symbol, an event-specific haptic feedback, or a combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 11672503
Abstract: Example embodiments of the described technology provide systems and methods for ultrasound imaging. An example method may detect the presence of shear waves within a tissue region of a patient. The method may comprise exciting the tissue region of the patient with one or more exciters to induce propagation of shear waves within the tissue. A plurality of ultrasound images of the tissue may be acquired. A first image mask indicating which pixels of the acquired images represent a desired tissue type using a first trained machine learning model may be generated. • Publication number: 20220210257
Abstract: A layered security suite is disclosed wherein multiple security barriers that prevent the unsanctioned use of a mobile device issued by a controlled-environment facility. The security barriers are implemented along multiple points within the communication path between the mobile device with outside networks, including on the mobile device, on wireless access points that serve data traffic for the mobile device, and a firewall device that monitors all data coming to and from the wireless access points. The barriers on the mobile device prevent the user from performing unsanctioned application and settings changes, including both software and hardware components, while the barrier on the wireless access point detects and prevents unauthorized connections between mobile devices and unsanctioned wireless access points. The firewall device discards packets with unsanctioned internet addresses.

  • Patent number: 11372586
Abstract: One embodiment can provide a method and system for implementing flow control. During operation, a switch identifies a command from a host to access a storage device coupled to the switch. The switch queues the command in a command queue corresponding to the host. In response to determining that an amount of data pending transmission to the host from the storage device is below a predetermined threshold, the switch removes a command from the command queue and forwards the removed command to the storage device.
