Abstract: A expandable panel assembly that provides an air barrier in a row of server racks in a data center or similar facility in spaces in the row that are not occupied by a server rack. The expandable panel assembly includes a base panel assembly and a slidable panel assembly. The base panel assembly and the slidable panel assembly are configured such that the slidable panel assembly can be slid along the base panel assembly between retracted (non-extended) and extended positions. The base panel assembly includes a channel member with first and second channels. The slidable panel assembly is slidably retained in one of those channels.

Abstract: An upper portion of an aisle containment system for a data center. The upper portion includes spaced vertical supports aligned in two parallel rows and horizontal supports that extend between and are connected to adjacent vertical supports to form the basic framework of the upper portion. The upper portion also includes (1) at least one pair of arms that extend outwardly from opposite longitudinal sides of the basic framework and are configured to support services and (2) at least one busbar casement that is attached to the vertical supports and extends substantially the length of the upper portion. Each arm of the at least one pair of arms includes a segment that is rotatable between a first position in which the segment is substantially parallel to the vertical supports and a second position in which the segment is substantially perpendicular to the vertical supports.
