Abstract: A method to provide an order for a user to select goods includes automatically prompting a user via a voice command to collect an item from an order placed by a customer, and in response to receiving the input from an electronic device indicating that the item is unavailable, automatically prompting the user via a voice command to collect a substitute item designated, receiving an input indicating that the substitute item has been collected, followed by electronically notifying the customer that the substitute item has been collected instead of the original item. In another aspect, a voice-enabled click and collect system includes a remote server in communication with a mobile device, configured to prompt a user to collect an item, communicate the item unavailability to the remote server, receive instructions from the remote server, prompt the user to collect the substitute item, and notify the customer.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pontoon boat adapted to receive a personal watercraft for propulsion thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the pontoon boat includes a multilevel decking defining an open bay area for receiving the personal watercraft. The multilevel decking includes a rigid support frame, a floor, at least one deck, and a front panel opposite the open bay area that extends from the floor to the deck. One or more flotation elements are releasably secured proximal the floor. A continuous surface, such as one defined by a diaphragm, is secured to the floor adjacent the open bay area. The continuous surface cooperates with the floor and the front panel to inhibit a rearward flow of cavitated water.

Abstract: A stanchion used as part of a regulatory safety barrier around the ledge of an elevated construction slab comprises a square tubular enclosure having an open lower end and a closed upper end. A foot extends orthogonally near the lower end, and rests against the upper surface of the ledge. A clamping member telescopically engaged into the lower end of the enclosure has an arm also extending from its lower extremity and is positioned against the lower surface of the ledge. The arm is urged toward the foot in a ledge-clamping action by the turning of a threaded stem running inside the telescopically engaged enclosure and clamping member. The threaded stem has a lower end captured by a nut welded inside the clamping member. The upper end of the stem protrudes through a hole in the closed end of the enclosure and is fitted with a wing-nut and a hex-nut so that the stem can be turned either by hand or by means of a wrench.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically generating a plurality of unique identification labels including accessing inputable computerized record fields, including a predetermined required field and a user-definable field, inputting data into at least the predetermined required field in corresponding relation to one or more objects, optionally entering data into a user-definable field for an object, and automatically generating an object information file employable for generating a plurality of unique identification labels in corresponding one-to-one relation to the plurality of objects, wherein the object information file comprises information corresponding to a plurality of unique object identification codes, each of said plurality of unique object identification codes corresponding to said data inputted into the predetermined required fields and/or user-defined fields for a corresponding one of said plurality of objects.
