  • Publication number: 20230373634
Abstract: Seat mounting assemblies and vehicle seat systems which include the same are provided whereby a pivot bracket is operatively connected to a mounting bracket for reciprocal vertical movements while a tubular support member is operatively be associated with the pivot bracket so as to be pivotally movable about a substantially vertical central axis of the pivot bracket. A cantilevered support base arm is fixed to and extends outwardly from the tubular support member. An arm member is telescopically connected to the cantilevered support base arm to allow reciprocal rectilinear movements relative to the support base arm along a substantially horizontal axis thereof between retracted and extended positions thereof and carries a swivel plate at a distal end thereof to thereby allow swivel movements of a vehicle seat about a substantially vertical seat axis parallel to the substantially vertical central axis of the pivot bracket.

  • Patent number: 10974834
Abstract: Separable partition assemblies provide privacy between adjoining aircraft cabin sections, e.g., between a main passenger cabin section and a section having an emergency exit and a belted toilet seat such as may be provided in executive aircraft. The separable partition assembly includes a bulkhead structure defining a bulkhead passageway opening to allow passenger egress from one vehicle cabin section to an adjoining vehicle cabin section that is provided with at least one panel sized and configured to close the bulkhead passageway. A nonpermanent mounting system mounts the panel to an inboard edge of the bulkhead structure to allow the at least one panel to be separably uncoupled from the bulkhead structure in response to exertion of a force of predetermined magnitude thereagainst to thereby allow unimpeded passenger egress between the adjoining vehicle cabin sections.

According to the disclosed embodiments, the partition assembly includes a bulkhead structure defining a bulkhead passageway opening to allow passenger egress from one vehicle cabin section to an adjoining vehicle cabin section. At least one panel is provided which is sized and configured to close the bulkhead passageway opening defined in the bulkhead structure. A nonpermanent mounting system mounts the at least one panel to an inboard edge of the bulkhead structure to allow the at least one panel to be separably uncoupled from the bulkhead structure in response to exertion of a force of predetermined magnitude thereagainst, the mounting system having separable mounting elements (e.g.

  • Publication number: 20070000713
Abstract: A powertrain mounting system includes a pair of engine and transmission mount assemblies. The engine mount assemblies include an isolator assembly having an elastomeric bushing with an encapsulated mounting member, an integral snubber, and a bracket assembly having a one piece can arranged to house the bushing and having an interlock arranged to engage the bushing. The bushing is press-fit into the can and arranged to isolate the mounting member from the can thereby dampening powertrain vibration and controlling powertrain movement, and the snubber is arranged to limit movement of the bushing relative to the can. The transmission mount assembly includes a support member, a pair of isolators positioned relative to each other, and a pair of mounting brackets positioned on the isolators; wherein the isolators are arranged to maintain the mounting brackets in spaced relation to the support member thereby dampening powertrain vibration and controlling powertrain movement.

  • Patent number: 5727478
Abstract: Provided is a table assembly for use in over-the-road trucks. The table assembly includes a table top and a table support linkage assembly having a center support linkage mechanism and a pair of side support linkage mechanisms. The table assembly of the present invention enabling the table top to be positionable between a first elevated position and a second lowered position whereby the table top remains substantially horizontal during the path of travel from the first position to the second position. The table assembly further including a latching mechanism for maintaining table assembly in the first elevated position.
