  • Publication number: 20250384164
Abstract: A method and apparatus for facilitating user enrollment by a secure server of a trusted source includes receiving, from a user device, personal identifiable information (PII) of the user. The aspects include securely storing the PII. The aspects include receiving, from a requesting authority that is attempting to enroll the user, an identifier of the user and a request for an attestation of a fact attributable to the user that is evaluated for enrollment. The aspects include comparing the identifier of the user and the fact attributable to the user to the PII to find a match. The aspects include minimizing a sharing of the PII user with the requesting authority by confirming, to the requesting authority, the attestation of the fact attributable to the user together with the identifier of the user in place of at least some of the PII, responsive to a comparison result indicating the match.

  • Publication number: 20250208288
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for computing an occupancy count of an area based on data from multiple sensors. A first count of people in the area at a time instance can be obtained based on first data from a first sensor monitoring an entry point to the area, a second count of people in the area at the time instance can be obtained based on second data captured by a second sensor of a sensor type other than the first sensor, and the occupancy count of the area at the time instance can be computed as a sum of the first count, which may have a first weight applied, and the second count, which may have a second weight applied.

  • Publication number: 20240380602
Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium for attested verification of personal data, comprising transmitting an access request to a verifying entity, wherein the access request is for a service, product, or information accessible solely to an authorized user. The implementations include receiving, from the verifying entity, a verification request that indicates at least one attribute of personal data that classifies a user as the authorized user. The implementations include generating a verification response indicating possession of the at least one attribute. The implementations include identifying, in a digital wallet, attested data issued by a trusted entity that confirms possession of the at least one attribute of the personal data. The implementations include transmitting, to the verifying entity, the verification response and the attested data without including the personal data.
