Abstract: Method and system for implementing and applying a phase change in a fluid flowing through a nozzle, converting an incompressible fluid flowing into the inlet and through the throat of a nozzle to a compressible state by the exhaust through promotion of a phase change in the throat of the nozzle. The phase change relies upon energy added to the fluid at the throat. The system converts the energy of the induced phase change to mechanical energy through various means.
