Abstract: Aspects described herein include devices and methods for generating a supply voltage for a power amplifier. One aspect is an apparatus including a first amplifier and a second amplifier having a control input, where the control input of the second amplifier is configured to set a power state for the second amplifier. The apparatus has an input interface circuit coupled to the two amplifiers, sensing and conditioning circuitry coupled between the amplifier outputs and switcher circuitry, and output filter circuitry, where the output of the first amplifier is coupled to an output power port via the output filter circuitry, and where the output of the second amplifier is coupled to the output power port via the output filter circuitry.

Abstract: Aspects described herein include devices and methods for an envelope tracking power supply. In some aspects, the envelope tracking power supply includes an envelope signal input port, an output power port, an input interface circuit coupled to the envelope signal input port, sensing and conditioning circuitry, and amplifier circuitry coupled between the input interface circuit and the sensing and conditioning circuitry, the amplifier circuitry having one or more control inputs. The envelope tracking power supply additionally includes switcher circuitry coupled to the output of the sensing and conditioning circuitry, and the output power port, and the supply further includes output filter circuitry coupled to the output power port and machine learning circuitry configured to receive state tracking data for performance of a transmit power amplifier (PA) that receives power via the output power port.

Abstract: Various embodiments herein provide a hard hat with a removable light assembly. The hard hat includes an outer shell with one or more windows. The removable light assembly is removably coupled to an interior surface of the outer shell. The removable light assembly includes a support structure and one or more lights (e.g., light emitting diodes (LEDs)) coupled to the support structure and positioned behind respective windows of the one or more windows. In embodiments, the light assembly may include an arm that extends from the support structure to an underside of a brim of the outer shell. A power control element may be disposed on the end of the arm to control the one or more lights. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

Abstract: Various embodiments herein provide a headlamp with a light unit, a battery unit, and a booster unit. The booster unit includes an engagement mechanism (e.g., a bar, such as a U-shaped bar) that mechanically couples the booster unit to the battery unit to provide additional power. The engagement mechanism may further form a clip to couple the booster unit to another item when the booster unit is not coupled to the battery unit. The booster unit may include one or more lights, one or more controls for the one or more lights, and/or an outgoing power port to provide power to another device (other than the battery unit and light unit). Abstract: Various embodiments herein provide a light device that is selectively attachable to another device. For example, in some embodiments, the light device may be selectively attachable to a glove wrap that may be worn on a hand of a user. The light device may include a housing and a light unit coupled to the housing. The light unit may be selectively extendable from the housing, e.g., via a flexible neck. The light device may include an engagement mechanism to selectively attach the light device to the other device in any of multiple configurations. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus detects a level of power received from each of a plurality of sources. The apparatus directs the power received from a first source to a charging circuit and directs the power received from at least a second source to the charging circuit. The apparatus directs the power received from the first source to the charging circuit by comparing the detected level of the power with a threshold and directing the power to the charging circuit based on a result of the comparison. The apparatus directs the power received from the at least a second source to the charging circuit by comparing the detected level of the power with the threshold and directing the power to the charging circuit based on a result of the comparison.

Abstract: A package for storing a roll of monofilament line with a cutting tool embedded in the package and a related method. The package is formed from two opposing clamshell portions made from sheets of film and pivotally connected together. A chamber is formed when the two clamshell portions are sealed together to store the roll of monofilament line. An aperture in one of the clamshell portions allows a length of monofilament line to be dispensed from within the chamber. A cutting tool is at least partially disposed between the two clamshell portions or inserted into a pocket in one of the clamshell portions when sealed together to attach the cutting tool to the package. At least a portion of the cutting tool is accessible from outside the package for cutting a length of monofilament line being dispensed from the package.
