    Abstract: A system and method for thought-based control of sexual stimulation devices using electroencephalography. The system and method involve a training phase and an operation phase. In an embodiment, the training phase comprises placing electrodes on the head of a person, measuring electrical signals produced by the person's brain via the electrodes while the user engages in one or more thought-based training tasks, associating patterns of electrical activity in the person's brain while performing the tasks with controls of the sexual stimulation device. In an embodiment, the operation phase comprises generating control signals for the sexual stimulation device based on the associations when the patterns of electrical activity are detected by the electrodes. In some embodiments, machine learning algorithms are used to detect the patterns of electrical activity and make the associations. In some embodiments, data from other biometric sensors is included in the associations.

In a preferred embodiment, the adjustable gripper mechanism comprises a left tubular portion, a right tubular portion, a hinge connecting the two tubular portions on one side of the tubular shape, a screw connecting the two tubular portions on the other side of the tubular shape, and a screw adjustment mechanism allowing for adjustment of the diameter of the tubular shape by turning of the screw.     Abstract: An electromechanical device for male sexual stimulation that uses a reciprocal linear motion similar to sexual intercourse, and wherein the penis remains fully inserted during use. The reciprocal linear motion is generated by a small motor which drives a screw and nut mechanism, to which a bracket and gripper is attached. Inserted into the gripper is a flexible sleeve. A penis may be inserted into the device inside the flexible sleeve. The movement of the gripper and sleeve against the penis provides pressure and motion against the penis inside the sleeve in a manner similar to sexual intercourse. The speed, pattern, and location of the motion can be controlled by the user through controls on the outside of the device.
