    Abstract: An ostomy collection and drainage system includes an ostomy pouch (10) having an outer wall defining an internal collection area, an inlet opening (14) formed in the outer wall in fluid communication with the internal collection area and an outlet body (20) connected to the outer wall having an outlet opening extending therethrough in fluid communication with the internal collection area, the outlet body having one of a latch and a catch. The system further includes a closure (40) configured for removable coupling to the outlet body and an adapter (60) configured for removable coupling to the outlet body, the adapter having an adapter opening extending therethrough and the other of the latch and the catch. The adapter and the closure are interchangeably coupled to the outlet body such that in a first condition the adapter is coupled to the outlet body by way of engagement of the catch and the latch, and in a second condition the closure is coupled to the outlet body.

    Abstract: A breastmilk collection device includes breast contacting flange, a vacuum reservoir, flexible diaphragm separating the breast contacting flange and the vacuum reservoir, and a flange receiver between the breast contacting flange and the flexible diaphragm. The breast contacting flange has a wide portion for accepting the breast and a narrow portion. The flexible diaphragm is located between the narrow portion and the vacuum reservoir. The flexible diaphragm moves between a sealed configuration, in which the breast contacting flange is sealed off from the vacuum reservoir, and an open valve configuration, in which the flexible diaphragm acts as a one-way valve to allow expressed milk to flow through a milk flow opening between the flexible diaphragm and the breast contacting flange when an opening pressure is reached in the breast contacting flange.

    Abstract: A fifth wheel hitch has a base attachable to a towing vehicle, a seat attachable at a selected elevation above the base, and a kingpin adapter attachable to a kingpin of a trailer so as to permit rotation of the kingpin adapter relative to the kingpin about a kingpin rotation axis. The seat has a mouth which narrows in the longitudinal direction, such as by having a pyramidal shape. A bottom of the kingpin adapter has a shape which can cause both pivoting rotation of the kingpin adapter relative to the kingpin and longitudinal or transverse translational movement of the kingpin adapter and attached kingpin when the towing vehicle is driven to a position with the seat under the bottom of the kingpin adapter and the kingpin is jacked down so the kingpin adapter seats into the seat. Polymer handgrips on the base facilitate handling of the fifth wheel hitch.
