Abstract: A computer system having a network of computers configured to assist in order fulfillment and retail sales is disclosed. In one embodiment, consumer application devices with location awareness interact with an Internet based server side (e.g., Portal, Cloud Server, etc.) to identify product offerings available based on location of the consumer application device (Proximity Based Offerings). Consumers may query offerings from Food Service Operators (FSOs) or other merchants and request purchase capabilities for offerings made available through the FSO/merchant existing supply chain. FSOs/merchants may control proximity parameters for product offerings. FSOs may allow multiple services for their customers rather than being only a provider of prepared meals.
