Abstract: A collapsible partition includes first and second foldable bodies, and first and second substrate arrays. The first body has a planar configuration when unfolded and it includes a plurality of primary substrates, each having a flat geometric shape and being resistant to folding, and each coupled to the inward-facing side of the first body. The second body has a planar configuration when unfolded. The second substrate array is coupled to the first substrate array and includes a plurality of secondary substrates. Each secondary substrate has a flat geometric shape and is resistant to folding, and each secondary substrate is coupled to the inward-facing side of the second body. Compression of a substrate array causes the first substrate array to fold between at least some of the plurality of primary substrates, and contemporaneously causes the second substrate array to fold between at least some of the plurality of secondary substrates.
