Abstract: A liquid dispensing device for dispensing predetermined small quantities of liquid during each operating cycle. The dispensing device includes a body having a main liquid passage section that defines a liquid dispensing chamber with a liquid inlet port communicating through a side wall of the passage section and a stop surface at a downstream end of the passage section. A liquid dispensing stem having an annular sealing member about the stem is mounted for movement between retracted and liquid dispensing positions for dispensing a controlled small quantity of liquid, such as 0.10 mm or less, determined by the size of the liquid dispensing chamber less the displacement volume of the stem downstream of the sealing member.
