    Abstract: The invention generally relates to a case to hold a portable electronic device. The case may be a holder for a personal media player and includes a clip, a cradle, a swivel mechanism, and a connector mechanism. The clip has elastic properties. The cradle includes a pair of cradle bases and is configured to hold the personal media player. The swivel mechanism is connected to the cradle. The connector mechanism is positioned to retain the clip to the swivel mechanism and is configured to permit movement in at least two axes.
