  • Publication number: 20240102818
Abstract: In some implementations, a computing device can proactively determine a destination and request traffic information for routes from a starting location to the destination. In some implementations, a computing device can identify some routes between a starting location and a destination as non-recommended routes and recommend other routes. In some implementations, a computing device can rank routes between a starting location and a destination based on automatically-determined user interest. In some implementations, a computing device can determine a user is familiar with a route and adjust the information presented to the user about the route accordingly.

  • Publication number: 20130036001
Abstract: A system for an integrated multi-vendor customer loyalty and personalized marketing program and a method for its use are disclosed. The system comprises at least one database server operably connected to a plurality of external vendor servers and a plurality of devices at many disparate points of sale, whereby sales transactions are processed and communicated to the system's on-line transaction processing database, reward and eligibility determinations are made, consumers are credited immediately for various factors relating to the sales transactions by each participating vendor (i.e., merchant or CPG) involved in the transaction, and separate credit balances are maintained in vendor-specific subaccounts for that particular consumer. The method involves the creation of a single, centralized consumer account to which the system automatically allocates and applies credits to individual vendor-specific subaccounts by dividing and segregating the credits for any given sales transaction.

  • Publication number: 20060179765
Abstract: An adaptable ceiling tile structure and a suspended ceiling system utilizing such ceiling tiles is disclosed. The basic ceiling tiles include a peripheral frame surrounding a single primary opening. A cover layer, such as a fabric or scrim may be stretched across the opening and attached to the frame with a support surface defining the primary plane of the cover layer and an offset portion defining a peripheral recess. The ceiling tile may be customized with premanufactured trim pieces that include end portions configured for insertion into the peripheral recess and an intermediate portion that can be attached to the cover layer. Once the trim piece is in place, a portion of the peripheral frame and the cover layer can be removed, typically by cutting, to complete the customized ceiling tile.
