Abstract: The present technology automatically manages data associated with coffee bean roasting, reports data, helps track inventory of the data, and provides a mechanism for sharing the data with other users. The data may include coffee bean data, coffee bean roast data, cupping data for a roast, inventory data, predictions or suggestions for coffee bean or coffee bean roast data, and blends of coffee beans for roasting. The service allows a user to create an account with the roast management service, allow the service to manage the data, have reports and other information provided by the service, and manage personal account information with the service. Different types of coffee data can be uploaded to a network service, for example from a client roast logging application in communication with the roast management service.
