Abstract: The present invention provides a playstation kit including a container defining an interior space. The interior space has a length dimension of no more than about 61 inches. The kit also includes a plurality of pre-cut boards positioned in the interior space of the container. Each of the boards has a length dimension of no more than the length dimension of the interior space. A method of selling a playstation kit also includes providing at least one container defining an interior space, providing a plurality of pre-cut boards in the interior space of the at least one container, and instructing the consumer to provide a plurality of boards not included in the at least one container.

Abstract: A pipe sleeve assembly includes a base plate and a sleeve portion. The base plate includes a base portion defining a longitudinal axis. The base plate further includes a first flange extending from the base portion in a first direction generally normal to the longitudinal axis and lying in a first plane. The base plate also includes a second flange extending from the base portion in the first direction, spaced from the first flange in a second direction generally parallel to the longitudinal axis, and lying in a second plane spaced from the first plane. The sleeve portion includes a body portion and a third flange extending from the body portion in the first direction. A fastener stud extends from the second flange and is received in an aperture in the third flange to secure the sleeve portion to the base plate.

The swing ride in a disassembled state is configured to be received in a container having a volume of less than 5,760 cubic inches.

Abstract: A climbing panel includes a body that is curved about an axis at a non-constant radius of curvature. The body has first and second end portions and is configured for use such that one of the first and second end portions is supported by a support surface and the other of the first and second end portions is coupled to an elevated support structure. The body is reversible between a first orientation, where the first end is adjacent the support surface and the second end is coupled to the elevated support structure and extends to a first mounting height, and a second orientation, where the second end is adjacent the support surface and the first end is coupled to the elevated support structure and extends to a second mounting height that is different from the first mounting height.

Abstract: A swing includes a swing seat having a front wall portion containing apertures for receiving the legs of a user, a back wall portion, side wall portions extending between and integrally connecting the front and back wall portions, and a bottom wall portion extending between and integrally connecting the front, back, and side wall portions. The swing seat is made of plastic that is injection molded into a final swing seat shape suitable for receiving a user for swinging. At least a portion of the swing seat is pliable after being molded into the final swing seat shape.

Abstract: The invention provides an imitation climbing rock that allows children to simulate rock climbing activity. The climbing rock is adapted to be attached to a wall to simulate a natural rock-like structure. The climbing rock includes a mounting surface, a body (e.g., a continuous side wall) and an endless grip that extends outwardly from the entire circumference of the body. The endless grip provides a hand/foot hold for children seeking to grasp the climbing rock as they attempt to negotiate a wall that includes several of the climbing rocks. The endless grip provides a hand/foot hold regardless of a climbing child's position relative to the climbing rock and no matter how the climbing rock is mounted to the climbing wall.

Abstract: A dock system having a float including a top wall. The top wall has a periphery and a central portion spaced from the periphery. The float also has a bottom wall and a continuous side wall connecting the top wall to the bottom wall about the periphery of the top wall. A connection member spaced from said periphery connects the top wall to the bottom wall generally at the central portion, and a deck is connected to said float to form a floating pier or deck.
