An apparatus for performing flammable fluid drainage testing on a test article includes a spine configured to receive a coupon; a first wall structure configured to engage the spine to form a first chamber; a second wall structure configured to engage the spine to form a second chamber opposite the first chamber; a nozzle device configured to spray a fluid into the first chamber and onto the coupon; a vacuum device configured to create a pressure differential between the first chamber and the second chamber; a leg mounting the spine to a base; and a shaker platform configured to apply an excitation input to the coupon.
