Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for reducing biased attitudes using virtual environments. The methods and system comprise accessing a virtual environment that includes 360 degree images of one or more real-world environments; receiving a selection of one or more de-biasing exercises; executing the selected one or more de-biasing exercises within the virtual environment, wherein executing the selected one or more de-biasing exercises reduces a biased attitude of the user; and repeating the selected one or more de-biasing exercises, wherein repeating the selected one or more de-biasing exercises replaces the biased attitude with an unbiased attitude.
