Abstract: An L shaped versatile, combination construction square for a carpenter having measured marks for all common framing combinations about its six sides. A series of template openings, as well as two adjustable base arms able to set angles for setting plumb, lock into a position to cut rafter tails and birds mouths as well as stair treads and risers. It has a precise scale that accommodates a traditional carpenter's rectangular 3/16 inch wide pencil lead that allows for ? inch increments that can be transferred the length of a board using the adjustable arms. It also functions as a framing square and a laser angle finder.
