The strap features a first layer of microfiber and a second layer of natural or artificial leather as an outer layer. A layer of elastic adhesive attaches the first layer to the second layer.

Each filament has a longitudinal axis and a cross-sectional area extending in a plane that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The cross-sectional area of an individual filament has a substantially non-circular shape.
