Abstract: The exemplary embodiments are related to a system and methods of moving a plurality of existing customers of satellite services to new frequencies. The method includes determining a bandwidth capacity for the plurality of existing customers; determining specifications for a filter for each of the existing customers based on at least the bandwidth capacity, wherein the filter is configured to prevent wireless signals from interfering with satellite services of one of the existing customers; determining the filters have been installed at each of the plurality of existing customers; and moving the plurality of existing customers from a first set of frequencies to a second set of frequencies.
