Publication number: 20220382801Abstract: A request for information (RFI) system is provided for use in communications networks including broadcast networks and the Internet. In one implementation, a code identifying an item of media content of interest (e.g. television, newspaper, magazines, billboards, radio) is captured and input to an RFI system that includes stored media tags and a search tool for matching inputs to the stored media tags. Upon receipt of the captured code, the RFI system matches the captured code with the stored media tags and provides a response to the user based on the match. The response may include or relate to follow-on or premium information relating to the content of interest. Using this information, an RFI data center or an RFI platform may credit value to a rewards account established for the network user based on the user's verified consumption of assets and/or data requests.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 10, 2022Publication date: December 1, 2022Inventors: David Downey, Patrick Sheehan, Bruce Anderson, II, Daniel Wilson

Patent number: 11471039Abstract: Methods and apparatus are presented for obtaining high-resolution 3-D images of a sample over a range of wavelengths, optionally with polarisation-sensitive detection. In preferred embodiments a spectral domain OCT apparatus is used to sample the complex field of light reflected or scattered from a sample, providing full range imaging. In certain embodiments structured illumination is utilised to provide enhanced lateral resolution. In certain embodiments the resolution or depth of field of images is enhanced by digital refocusing or digital correction of aberrations in the sample. Individual sample volumes are imaged using single shot techniques, and larger volumes can be imaged by stitching together images of adjacent volumes.Type: GrantFiled: January 13, 2020Date of Patent: October 18, 2022Assignee: Cylite Pty LtdInventors: Steven James Frisken, Trevor Bruce Anderson, Armin Georg Segref, Grant Andrew Frisken

Patent number: 11206753Abstract: A system for controlling an implement during a tillage operation may include a frame and a ground-engaging tool pivotally coupled to the frame and movable relative to the frame between a retracted position and an extended position. An actuator may be configured to bias the ground-engaging tool towards the extended position during the tillage operation. An adjustable valve may be configured to permit flow out of the actuator when a fluid pressure of the actuator exceeds a reset pressure such that the actuator allows the ground-engaging tool to pivot towards the retracted position. A controller may be configured to determine at least one of an actuator position or a load value indicative of a force applied by the ground-engaging tool against the soil during the tillage operation and adjust the reset pressure based on the at least one of the actuator position or the load value.Type: GrantFiled: June 14, 2019Date of Patent: December 28, 2021Assignee: CNH Industrial America LLCInventors: Kevin M. Publication number: 20210244278Abstract: Apparatus and methods are presented for non-contact in-vivo measurement of one or more properties of a cornea or tear film with spatial resolution. In certain embodiments the cornea/tear film is probed at substantially normal incidence with a converging array of beamlets from a multi-wavelength optical source, and the reflected light analysed interferometrically to generate a time sequence of pachymetry maps. Thickness variations arising from differences between the external and intraocular pressure, e.g. from the ocular pulse or externally applied pressure changes, are measured and analysed to obtain information on a biomechanical response of the cornea. In preferred embodiments the time variation in tear film thickness is measured and subtracted to yield normalised pachymetry data for the biomechanical analysis. In certain embodiments the apparatus is configured to measure the dynamics and profile of the tear film, using either converging or substantially parallel arrays of beamlets.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 4, 2019Publication date: August 12, 2021Inventors: Steven James FRISKEN, Grant Andrew FRISKEN, Trevor Bruce ANDERSON

Publication number: 20190045986Abstract: A debris vacuum system includes a wheelbarrow that has a bucket. A vacuum is provided that has an intake and an exhaust. A housing is removably coupled to the bucket on the wheelbarrow such that the housing encloses the bucket. The housing has an aperture extending into an interior of the housing and the aperture insertably receives the intake of the vacuum. A spout is fluidly coupled to the housing such that the spout is in fluid communication with the vacuum when the intake is positioned in the aperture. A pipe is removably coupled to the spout such that the pipe is in fluid communication with the aperture. In this way the pipe suctionally removes debris from the support surface thereby facilitating the debris to be deposited in the bucket.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 8, 2017Publication date: February 14, 2019Inventor: Bruce Anderson

Publication number: 20180250238Abstract: Embodiments provide apparatus and methods for delivering solid form medications such as drug cords (DC) to various locations in the body. The DCs may comprise one or more drugs and excipients. One embodiment provides an apparatus for in vivo delivery of DCs comprising a housing including a port, a DC disposed in the housing on a spool or like device and a mechanism for advancing the DCs from the inside the housing to a delivery site (DS) outside the housing. The apparatus can be used to deliver selected lengths of DC corresponding to a dose of drug to treat a medical condition. The DC can be delivered to the DS at regular intervals or responsive to a detected biological event. Embodiments of the invention are particularly useful for delivering medication to treat a selected medical condition over an extended period without requiring a patient to take external medication.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 23, 2018Publication date: September 6, 2018Applicant: InCube Labs, LLCInventors: ELMAR FISCHER, PAUL SPEHR, BRUCE ANDERSON, MIR IMRAN
