  • Publication number: 20110253877
Abstract: A prefabricated concrete pad having embedded anchoring stud assemblies and anchoring tabs for receiving anchoring stakes therethrough. The studs are preferably notched to cause the studs to break-away during higher speed vehicle impact. During lower speed vehicle impact, the studs stay intact and the concrete pad will tilt thereby allowing the mailbox/sign to move thus reducing the potential damage.
